Once you have installed the Moving weather software, you can download, with an internet connection, the latest marine weather forecast for a period of two to seven days. Note that the weather software forecast downloads in a matter of seconds* - rarely more than 5 - making the application very cost-effective even if you are at sea using a satellite phone for your internet connection! There is also an option to receive your weather forecasts by e-mail.
Once you have the forecast, you simply press "play" and your forecast plays out in 30 minute intervals over the period chosen. This allows you to see the forecast play-out in front of your very eyes - a hugely effective means of determining what the marine weather will be in your chosen geography.
